Run Process

Runs a process on the host machine of Sanbox Runtime.

You can have Sanbox Runtime execute a program on its host machine using the Run Process Node.

Configuring a Run Process Node

Path: Qualified or relative path to the process to be executed.

Arguments: Arguments to be passed into the process upon execution.

Wait For Close: Checking this box will cause the Run Process Node to wait until the process ends before it outputs.

Redirect Standard Output: Checking this box will have the Run Process Node output the standard output of the process as a string. The Run Process Node must wait for the process to close to achieve this functionality.

File paths must use the proper path delimiter for the OS your Runtime is running under. '\' for Windows and '/' for Linux. You can use the getDirSep Text Template function to retrieve the proper directory separator for your system.
