Run Shell Command

Runs a shell command in Terminal (/bin/bash) if running on Linux and Command Prompt (cmd.exe) if on Windows.
Configuring Run Shell Command Node

The Run Shell Command Node allows you to run arbitrary commands against command prompt when running in Windows, and as bash in Linux.

Command/Script: The command or script to run. You can supply multiple lines for a script.

Line endings are automatically converted for Linux systems.

Working Directory: The directory to run the shell command.

Wait For Completion: When checked, the node waits for the script to complete before outputting and outputs any errors that occurred in the failure output or outputs the complete output stream in the completed output. If this checkbox is not checked, then input data is outputted immediately in the done output.
